Training and consultancy can be a single half day or full day training session, or they can be provided as a comprehensive package which can be individually designed to meet the specific needs of local authorities and schools. For example, packages can be designed to provide annual support for self evaluation and the SEF, with most of the support being directed towards the needs of senior leaders, while other packages can be designed to meet the training needs of the whole teaching staff.
