PBM Training and Consultancy: Annual Support for Self Evaluation
The purpose is to help senior and middle managers with school self-evaluation and school improvement. It provides assistance with the professional development of leaders and managers and with preparation for inspection. It offers advice and expertise, and can ease burdens by completing monitoring and evaluative work on behalf of the management team. By combining on-site and off-site consultancy charged at different rates, the service becomes very cost effective. There are five levels of support, each level indicating the number of days that are spent on-site. The number of days spent working off-site and the tasks completed are linked to the type of service provided, whether economy, standard, or enhanced.
